V tej chvíli však gangstra niekto zabije a Raaba obvinia z jeho vraždy. Admirál ho dostane z rúk FBI, ale Harm aj tak skončí vo väzení. Pri predbežnom vypočutí ho zastupuje MacKenzieová. Nakoniec zasiahne admirál, Harm získa fotografiu svojho otca z Ruska a vracia sa do úradu vojenskej prokuratúry.(TV Wau)
