Charitativní pracovnice Susan Grantová tvrdí, že je terorizována maskovaným stalkerem a obtěžována anonymními telefonáty. Zatímco policie je k jejímu příběhu skeptická, Cowley, který znal jejího otce, jí věří. Pověří proto Bodieho, aby dívku ochránil. Tomu se podaří zneškodnit vetřelce, který se v noci vloupe do jejího bytu, motiv stupňujících se útoků však nadále zůstává záhadou. Podezření padá na Susanina kolegu z práce Henryho, postaršího aktivistu v oblasti lidských práv, u něhož v bytě Doyle objeví dívčiny fotografie. The mandate of CI5 was to fight terrorism and similar high-profile crimes. Cowley, a hard ex-MI5 operative, hand-picked each of his men.
