Vědci zjistí, že pod Atlantidou je vrtná stanice, která by mohla sloužit jako důležitý zdroj energie. Sheppardův tým, Wearová a vědci z Atlantidy vyráží jumperem, aby to tam prozkoumali. Situaci zkomplikuje to, že Teyla vycítí Wraitha ve stanici - konkrétně wraithskou královnu. I přes varování Teyly, že na stanici je Wraith, se lidé z Atlantidy dostanou do stanice. Teyla se snaží spojit s královnou, aby zjistila, kde je. Jenže královna Teylu ovládne a díky ní uvězní tým z Atlantidy. Tým musí královnu přemoct a dostat Teylu zpátky.(Varan)

With the Ancients' city of Atlantis discovered in the Pegasus Galaxy by Stargate Command, Dr. Elizabeth Weir and Major Sheppard lead a scientific expedition to the ancient abandoned city.
