Als sich Hanna für die beiden bei der Bank einsetzt, muss sie feststellen, dass Bürgermeister Wöller auch hier seine schmutzigen Finger im Spiel hat. Indes wird Baronin von Beilheim eine unerwartete Erbschaft zuteil.
