Při kondičním běhu po pláži si jeden z mužů všimne mrtvého těla oblečeného do neoprenu. Obětí je Michael Jensen. Podle Duckyho zemřel před třemi dny a po smrti přišel o část levé ruky, kterou mu uřízl lodní šroub. Duckymu neujde ani stopa po bodnutí. U Jensena doma se vyšetřovatelé setkávají s Pobřežní vyšetřovací službou. Gibbs diskutuje s agentkou Borinovou, která je přesvědčena, že případ patří jim. Našli totiž mrtvého kapitána záchranné lodi a záznamy z bezpečnostních kamer zachytily Jensena. Nakonec se Gibbs rozhodne s Borinovou spolupracovat.(Nova Cinema)
