V hotelovém pokoji je vedle ubodaného muže, Steva, nalezena žena, která si nic nepamatuje. V krvi jí najdou drogu GHB a posléze vyjde najevo, že si přivydělává prostitucí. Stopy dovedou tým k další ženě v domácnosti, Lise. Ukáže se, že bývalá majitelka nevěstince Audrey využívala Steva k tomu, aby okrádal bohaté ženy. Seznámil se s nimi v baru a na pokoji je zdrogoval. CSI: Miami follows Crime Scene Investigators working for the Miami-Dade Police Department as they use physical evidence, similar to their Las Vegas counterparts, to solve grisly murders. The series mixes deduction, gritty subject matter, and character-driven drama in the same vein as the original series in the CSI franchise, except that the Miami CSIs are cops first, scientists second.
